General terms and Conditions

Please inspect your E-ticket immediately, we will not be responsible for errors detected after 24 hours of delivery.

Check-in for domestic flights at least 2 hours before departure and international flights at least 4 hours before departure.

Please re-confirm your flights 72 hours before departure.

Please check with Airlines directly regarding their baggage policy.

Please check with Airlines’ website directly regarding their Covid-19 information and Pre-departure Covid-19 test location.

All tickets are restricted and carry a cancellation penalty.

A minimum of $100 service charge applies once tickets are turned, in addition to any penalties.

Name changes are not permitted once the reservation has been confirmed.

Once a ticket is issued, it may not be reassigned to a different passenger or airline.

Most airline tickets are non-refundable, non-changeable and non-cancellable. In limited instances, an airline may allow a ticket to be changed for a fee, plus the increased cost of the new ticket.

A valid phone number and email address is required to secure your booking.

The customer is responsible to have all valid travel documents for overseas flights, such as: passport, visa, inoculation record, etc.

We may request a Credit Card authorization form along with the copy of credit card and identity proof (a Driver License and/or passport page showing photograph and signature).

This travel agency is acting as a mere agent for SUPPLIERS in selling travel-related services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services that are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air and ground transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, tours, cruises, etc.) This agency therefore shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your companions or group members. Unless the term “guaranteed” is specifically stated in writing on your tickets, invoice, or reservation itinerary, we do not guarantee any such suppliers’ rates, bookings, reservations connections, scheduling, or handling of personal effects. Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from, any duty of checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirement of each destination, and all safety and security conditions of such destination, during the length of the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, contact the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S state Department, (202) 647 5225. For medical information call the U.S Center for Disease Control, (404) 332 – 4559. By embarking upon his/her travel, the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved in such travel, weather expected or unexpected. This agency is no responsible for cancellation for any service and/or refunds from any supplier or carrier that may cease operations. Traveler is hereby warned of the above risks as well as possible travel industry bankruptcies and medical and climatic disruptions and is advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them. Traveler’s retention of tickets, reservations, or booking after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on his/her part to convey the contents hereto his/her travel companions or group members.

Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, the seller of travel must provide the passenger with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler.

Disclosure Statement – Participant of the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, we are a participant of the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. In the event of our default, you may be eligible for a refund of up to $15,000 from California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. If you were in California at the time of your purchase you have a right to make a claim against the fund for a refund of any money paid to our agency that is due because of our agency bankruptcy, insolvency, cessation of operation or material failure to provide the transportation or travel service sold. The claim must be filed within 60 days (or in some limited circumstances within one year) after you become aware of your loss.
